imdeadgirl SMS Terms

These SMS Terms are part of the imdeadgirl Terms of Use. The text program is run by 3BSI LLC, a Michigan limited liability company.

1. What you'll receive

By giving us your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated informational text messages from 3BSI LLC about your imdeadgirl account:

• verification codes (sign-in and phone verification);
• check-ins ("I'm not dead yet, girl" links) on the schedule you choose;
• reminders when a check-in or report needs your response, including daily during a 3-day check;
• important account alerts, such as when someone has reported your death or confirmed it.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

2. How often

Message frequency varies with your check-in schedule: from about 1 message a year (Basic) up to about 1 a month, plus verification codes, and up to about 4–5 reminders for each missed check-in or death report.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for texts.

4. Opting out and help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop texts. We'll send one confirmation and then no more texts, except when you request a verification code. If you stop texts, check-ins will continue by email only. Missing them can still start the 3-day check described in the Terms of Use.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@imdeadgirl.com.
• Reply START to resubscribe.

5. Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. Supported on major US carriers.

6. Requirement for the Service

We may require a US mobile number to create an account, so that we can verify it and send check-ins. The texts described above are part of how the Service works. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase, and imdeadgirl does not send marketing texts. If you opt out of texts, you can keep using the Service with check-ins by email.

7. People on a member's list

If a member added you to their list and gave us your mobile number, we may text you only to ask whether the member has died and to tell you that their information is available. Reply STOP to stop. See the Notice to people on someone's list.

8. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.

9. Your consent

You opt in on the phone verification screen by checking this box:
